I just got the wii, and the wii fit for christmas. And I was wondering what the wii age means, my age was 17 and i am 17. Thanks in advance

It takes your weight, balance, and athletic ability, and turns it into the age at which you should have this weight, balance skill and athletic ability. The best age to be is your own age, as if you are 17, you should have the ideal weight of a 17 year old, and the balance skills of a 17 year old, and th athletic ability of a 17 year old.
I f you do badly in a body test, your age will be higher, and if you do well, your age will be closer to your real age.
