If you're talking about the level where you start off by climbing up some boxes to get over a wall, then you need to open the window (either one). While pushing forward/towards the window, press the jump button.

Your character should automatically squeeze in. You may need to repeat the jump if it didn't work the first time.

Once inside, there will be a door you can open, to go further into the house.

Payment for appalling service?

We had a large conservatory on our house and it needed replacing. We went with a local company (name withheld) and the service has been shodey at the very least. A four day build has now been 6 weeks. The wrong measurements were given to the suppliers so parts of the frame and the whole roof was the wrong size. This meant that the laminate floor/ skirting/ radiators and plastering was left open to the severe wind and rain for upto 3 weeks. The floor was irrepitably damaged and had to be replaced as it went mouldy. The tarpauling did not cover the whole area. Parts of the frame have fallen off and hit me. There are numerous scratches that are not the norm. And now the company are demanding full payment of approx £13K. What do you think we should do? EG; You wouldn't buy a £13K red car, brand new, with scratches, and when they try to cover them up with pink paint! Dark brown conservatory and filler is different shade!

Buying a Pinball Machine

The lure of the flashing lights, the ringing bells, the chance of winning an extra game and testing your skill against a shiny silver ball being hurtled around an enclosed table at warp speed. Ahh yes, there was nothing like my frequent visits to amusement arcades and milk bars to play the pinball machines. They’ve left the milk bars and are almost completely gone from the arcades, but now they’re readily available to buy and put in your own games room at home.

But as with all purchases that involve reasonable dollars, research is a must. There are a few factors that must be taken into consideration when buying a pinball machine, so here are a few tips to consider before you buy your new pinball machine?

Firstly, make sure you're going for a machine from a big name manufacturer. That’s not suggesting the smaller manufacturers were dodgy when they brought out their machines, it’s just that when you inevitably have to find spare parts for your pinball machine it will pay to have the most common. A bumper may wear out and need replacing, you may need the rubber changed. If you go with one of the big names (Bally, Gottlieb, Stern, Sega, Williams or Data East) you will have fewer problems finding parts.

Poker Machines are readily available to buy over the internet. You may have had a favourite machine you played in your youth so you know what it is you’re going to buy. You may have fallen in love with the Meteor or Kiss machine or in my case, Disco Fever, and want one for your own games room. Ensure that if you're bidding for one on-line you see as many photos of the machine as possible. You’re trying to ensure that the machine is in as good quality as possible – no missing glass, bumpers, etc.

Some of these machines will have been well-used after all, most have been sitting in arcades and other public places and frustrated players have been venting frustrations over them for years. It's possible that the body of the machine will be scratched or beginning to wear out, particularly the more popular names. However, the more popular the machine, the more likely that parts will be available for them.

Find out, if you can, how new the flippers and coils on the machine are. If anything is going to wear and affect the playability of the machine it's going to be these parts. Also, try to get a look at the pinball ball(s) in the machine. A less than shining ball could damage the surface of the table and affect the quality of the game you get.

Whether you're determined to buy a pinball that you remembered playing as a kid or are looking to add another valuable asset to your pinball collection, there is a wide range of machines out there and some of them are at bargain basement prices. Just remember to do your research.

Can I take merchandise back if somone does not pay me?

I recently serviced someones gate and I replaced parts and the check he gave bounced. Can I take the parts back out and replace them with the original parts that was on the gate?

No.

You must take them to small claims or to collection agency for failure to pay. Any good lawyer will tell you this. BOUNCING checks "on purpose" is a CRIME. If they fail to make it good they can be arrested.

ADDITION:

Any work you do to real property remains part of that real property. You can not word it in any way in future contracts to allow you to go back and remove the parts - that's crazy!

Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation for Xbox 360, Enemy Aces and color schemes?

I was wondering if I could play through the individual free missions and
shot down the enemy aces on expert to unlock the third color
scheme, or if I had to go through the whole campaign in order from 1
to 15.

I was really only looking for the F - 22A and the Su - 47
(Basically any plane that would be use-full on Xbox Live or has a really
cool new color).

Also, are the aces necessary to finish the mission(in
other words, are they red or green on the radar), and can my wing-man
or other ally shoot them down for me, or do I personally have to kill
him to get the color.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

--Free Missions work just fine for finding and bringing enemy aces down to unlock color schemes.

--Shooting an ace down is never necessary to complete the mission.

As far as the wing-man shooting an ace down, I'm not so sure, but if it does work, the best method would probably be saving at least one Allied Attack until you find an ace, then using it once you do.

original xbox game wont go live on 360?

I bought splinter cell double agent for the original xbox but i also have a 360, on my original xbox i don't have a live account but on my 360 i do. But every time i try to play splinter cell on xbox live on the xbox 360 it doesnt find any games, it just says no games were found!

idk if thats cuz of the 360, or they shut down the server thingy for that game or just that nobody plays that game anymore but i want to know which it is so i don't accidentally buy another xbox live account, so uh yeah thanks in advance

You can't play Original Xbox games online on the 360.
