CNC machine shops have become very popular nowadays as they have improved the automation industry through their significant features. There are a variety of machine shops available in the market that produce materials through different procedure like Laser Cutting, CNC Vacuum Forming, CNC Turning and CNC Water Jet Cutting. . The use of these procedures depends upon the type of material and its physical properties. For example, laser cutting works well on materials such as carbon and stainless steel, but are not effective on materials made of aluminium and copper alloys. CNC symbolizes computer numerical control required to run manufacturing machines. NC technique hardware was the first to use CNC machines. In the year 1940 and 1950, a laboratory was opened with the collaboration of MIT Servomechanisms Laboratory by John. T. Parsons. With the launch of CNC machining, a drastic change has taken place in the mechanized and engineering commerce. Every work of the machinery is now performed through CNC machining in CNCmachine shop. The automation process in the engineering industry has improved a lot and the researches are going on to discover new applications and new vistas of CNC machining.

Some machines can produce one thousand pieces simultaneously and sometimes no operator or checking sensors are required. The movement of the machines depends totally on the software programming and sometimes they move in a perpendicular form or sometimes in a circular form.

3-d modeling as an art

3-d modeling is an art form because you are essentially creating a framework for a new object from scratch. Most animation and computer graphics teams use 3-d modeling software on a consistent basis. You could either choose to use manual or automated 3-d modeling technology to create life like objects replicating real world items. Using such a technology, specific space points are marked with lines, rectangles, triangles etc. to create a support or framework for the finished model. These 3-d models can further be represented either through solid formats or through boundaries or shells. In the case of solid 3-d models, the entire object is seen just like the real life object. In the case of shell 3-d models, only the outer casing or shell is seen.

The future

As the line between reality and what you see on your computer gets blurred, clearly the future of 3-d technologies is brighter than ever before. Right from its usage in archaeology to trace back fossils or bone structures to the use of 3-d technology in prosthetics or complex surgeries, there are many more applications, which are yet unseen. It is probably just a matter of time before we see a child ‘print’ out their favorite snack from their PC and eat it!

What are the two steps of making a PCB/printed circuit board?

I mean the two first steps?

first you have to lay the board out using some sort of software (this used to be done by hand using black tape and acetone sheets).

next a photochemical resist is applied to the bare copper board and the PCB pattern is exposed onto the board.

Next the board is etched using acid to remove those areas of copper not wanted.

After, there are drilling, plating, routing, solder mask, silkscreen. Plus lamination if more than 2 layers.

Where can I find a Service Repair Manual for a 1995 SAAB 900 SE 6Cyl 2.5L Gas?

There are some books out on the net but they do make a reference that they are not for V6.

Good Nintendo DS Games?

I am 13 year old girl , I'm not girly , i prefer story line games rather than mini games , anybody recommend any Nintendo DS games you think i might like ??

Probably one of the best storyline games I have is the Lost In Blue series, its a survival type game with puzzles and alot of strategy stuff. You end up on this island, and you have to find food, find shelter, keep you and your partner alive, and try to find a way off of the island. It gets VERY addicting, one time I stayed up till like 4 am unlocking some of the extra items, hehe.

Another great game to get would be any of the legend of zelda games, maybe final fantasy or even some of the games from movies.another one that I like is Resident Evil DS if you like zombie games

Is it possible to swap an NBA Jam pcb into an NFL Blitz 99 arcade cabinet?

I just purchased a dedicated 4 player NFL Blitz '99 arcade game. I was wondering if it's possible to swap out the blitz pcb with nba jam? If so, does anyone have any advice on how to do this? I know NBA Jam has a sound board as well and I don;t think the NFL Blitz cabinet does, so how would I install that into the cabinet and hook it up? Sorry for being such a noob. Thanks for any help in advance!
