Im pretty sure all you need to do is at the Ds starting page, press R, L, B, Start, and Select at the same time. Be careful doing this, I am not 100% sure on it working.

How do you finish a mission with defeating the enemy by using a level 2 Secret Technique?

On top under the health bar you've got your chakra bar, make sure it has at least two parts when the enemy is almost dead, then push the triangle button twice, this should make an aura of chakra appear around your character, then you have to hit your opponent with the circle-button and with this you'll activate the lvl 2 secret technique.

For all those games you can probably get between 100 to 200 dollars if you sell them to the right person. You can probably take them into an Electronic Boutique store or go to any video game store and sell them. But if you take them into the mentioned stores you probably wont get much. It'll be easier to sell them on E-bay and people will bid a good price for all of the games. Don't sell them individually because people will only pay 6 to 10 dollars per game. But if you sell them all in a package along with the PS2, then you might get a fair price. You have to remember that the PS2 is almost obsolete now and the games will be played on a PS3.

On Grand Theft Auto: III for the Playstation 2, go up the train station in Chinatown. If you look through the window(s) in the back of the shelter with the Left Analog stick, you can see the buildings' graphics are cut off and replaced with big dark rectangles. At the very end just standing there, is a "mysterious tower." If you can get to it, how?

I don't think you can, it's just weird that GTA III's ability to fly into high buildings is impossible unless you know how to handle the dido plane.
