Cpu Fan Heatsink
My cpu fan/heatsink runs all the time is this normal or safe? It didnt use to Please help?

I installed a new motherboard to my pc and installed the old fan but now from start to finish it runs and makes loud noise when it never used to I'm concerned it might not work properly and damage the cpu or something and i dont know if the temp is ok cause i downloaded speed fan and aparently there's a third fan that reads 67degrees but i dont think i even have a second fan how do i check this well any answers would be appreciated thanks

i think your reading is in celsius and this would mean it is about 154-155 F. the old fan may not be cooling the new processors heat sink well enough

the loud noise is prob dust, get a can of air and blow it out, it may purr instead of roaring
